Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. A handling fee is included in the shipping rate shown at checkout.

You can estimate your shipping cost before checkout using the shipping calculator on the cart page. Enter your country and ZIP/postal code to get a rate.

International Orders
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. International rates are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery of orders placed from other countries, and we cannot be held liable for customs delays, duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country.

If you have a P.O. Box, please include it in your shipping address to ensure delivery.

Returns

Place orders carefully; please contact us prior to ordering if you are not sure of your purchase. We can not give credit on or exchange products that have been used. Additionally, we can not give credit on or exchange blades that have been opened.

All returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date. Damages and shortages must be reported within three (3) business days following delivery.

If you wish to return a non-defective item please note that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Postage is not refundable.

Ship unused merchandise back to us via UPS or parcel post. We do not refund postage for returned items. Be sure to include with the package your name, address, daytime phone number, and invoice.
